Are you a 1st or 2nd Class Tradesman but have a busy schedule? Looking for something that pays well but requires less hours?

Colonna's Shipyard and Steel America are pleased to accept resumes for the following part-time positions:

• Mechanics
• Outside Machinists
• Inside Machinists
• Pipefitters
• Welders
• Fitters (Fabrication Shop)
• Shipfitters
• Painters & Blasters
• Riggers

*Position compensation based on experience.

Part-time employees will be expected to work up to, but no more than, 30 hours per week. Schedule and responsibilities vary based on position selected for.

• 3+ years of experience in respective trade
• Based on the work location, the position may require the obtainment of certifications such as a Man Aloft Certification, Shipyard Competent Person Certification or CPR Certification
• May require ability to obtain and maintain appropriate level of security clearance depending on the contract
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Previous shipyard experience preferred
• Must be able to work effectively with others
• Must be a steady, reliable worker
• Must have regular, reliable attendance

Position compensation is based on experience.
