In order to accomplish this, each selected candidate will receive extensive training in all aspects of our business, by spending time in various departments and working on actual projects. Our program develops your skills and identifies your strengths, which will establish the right path for you to excel within the company upon completion.   As a Management Trainee, you will need technology skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with lots of different personalities.
